Does it really matter who holds shares in a suspended company? Suspension cause shares to be unmarketable and lose their value. Chef is the main culprit. Legal and criminal action has to be taken on the existing management for fraud and other misdemeanors.

FYI, Dnex is not influenced by DJ unless there is a complete meltdown. The last drop of 580+ at DJ, Dnex slipped from 78c to 74c and that's just a speed bump, a 4c insignificant slide.

DJ jumped doesn't mean Dnex will start to sprout wings and take off too. It's just bidding it's own time and staying at current levels for certain obvious reasons.

Gold price affects USD and in major currency wise, nothing to do directly with shares investments unless War breaks out.

The only explanation is the list has been updated from 6.2% to 4.34.%. Earlier I saw it was 6.2%

So it's a moving target.

Another reference stated that PNB hold 4.8% Permodalan Nasional Berhad 161,745,980 shares MYR56.6m

Mabel, I guess during the last day of trading before suspension, PNB then sold off about 1.86% of their shares to public, but that day trading volume was around 105millions volumes, which means 3272millions x 1.86%=69,322,200 shares sold that day by PNB plus stubborn shorties and weak retailers shares of approximately 46Mil shares being collected and absorbed by this so called suspected investor (described by pearlwhite,it could be suspected person,group or provident fund).

So,it's about 3.2% of shares being collected that day.

Our parents always teach us to avoid mad people when we see them...

All paid promoters here have gone insane posting fairytale stories..

What is the purpose of trumpeting the virtue of investing in SD? Counter already suspended... and most likely delisted before even allowed to be traded. Fraud accounting is not tolerated by our regulators.

Just start counting your losses in SD and write if off.. will be less painful when it becomes reality..

Just hope SIR is allowed to see daylight... at least losses wont be 100%


To the rest of us, we are doing a good civil work...trying to save as much innocent souls as we could since June. We dont ask for compliments nor payment.. Good karma will reward us.

Common sense , if all these so called "kind hearted" forummers now shouting to sell and delisted, bankrupt, etc etc etc, why don't they ask here to Sell when the price was at 1.6 to 2.0?

But only at this price range,then all these kind hearted person came in and said price will go down to 0.10 or even 0.005

Only Wise and smart investors after reading this, will know why? For this who trapped at high price, should average down from now.

There are many ways to kill a cat.. we have to see how the butcher works.

Suing to bury SIR is wrong.. Suing based on technicality is bound to fail.

The appointment letter between EY and SD will suffice to throw this suit out of the court.

The intention is clear... use whatever it cost to NOT allow SIR to see daylight... the keyword here is at whatever cost...

No WAY EY and Bursa can make a mistake regarding AOB, as the main grouse of SD.. We are talking about the top auditing firm in Malaysia... not some shoplot auditor.

Bond rating for SD already downgraded to the lowest C... classified as default.

To the devout followers of SD, you can buy SD bonds and make tremendous profit...applies to the promoters too...

Dont waste time promoting suspended SD... unless of course you are doing it with ulterior motive
