Qualified audit opinion with material uncertainty qualification is hugely expected in AR.

Though Dr.K of SD has been charged by SC for false accounting, he is innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.However, the market will not easily spare him with the benefit of doubt. Dr.K is purportedly the mastermind behind the fake accounting in the view of the market ......

Hence ,there is no good reason for SD's share price to escalate upon lifting of suspension 2moro......

This is today news from edge. To settle 333mil to Malaysia government.


KPMG took over the audit of 1MDB in 2010 from Ernst & Young, the investment fund's first auditor who was sacked after it refused to sign off on 1MDB's financial statements. On stepping in, KPMG signed off 1MDB's accounts for FY10, FY11 and FY12.

But in 2013, KPMG was dismissed after it refused to sign off on the fund's 2013 accounts. It was then replaced by Deloitte.

The greatest nightmare for some here is that their plans always been distracted by comments that expose the others side of the story. They only paint black and there few that expose the other side which appear to be white. Goal cannot be achieve by continuously posting more comments non stop.

Need to let viewer see the complete picture.

Try to block or putting a barrage of comments so that it overwrite the past comments (that is not according to your plan) is also not the way to go and this will only cause viewers to be more curious to know the truth.

This is call manipulation of the market.

My guess when AR is out .. we will see a substansial write-off, Engineers will claim they are not familiar with accounting policies and accountants will claim they are not in full control of the account and merely follow the instructions. Shoplot lawyers will find ways to slow down the court hearing like 1MDB. Engineers, lawyers and accountants all suddenly have contacts with Covid patients and their Mysejahtera’s color changes like a traffic light. Hahahaha
