Goodwill of SD is zero now as its reputation has been totally tarnished to be wiped out forever.

Goodwill impairment is unavoidable and the Balance sheet value is significantly reduced.

No more Goodwill, no more trust , no more internal funding through right issue , no more external borrowing through long term loans and or bonds etc , SD is basically a dead meat / salty fish now.

Your investment in " jolly " live fish of once upon a time , has turned into a salty fish through no fault of yourself but DK.

No matter how hard SD is hyped, it is a salty fish forever ,which is impossible to be resurrected to life.
