Mind you . The sudden surge was just illusionary. Litigation is ongoing and the board tussles are in the interim . Who is right and who is wrong? , nobody knows at this moment . I have a feeling that the duo and EN would settle out of court after some secret deals. No matter what kind of deals there would be, the shareholders are always at the losing end.

There are investors like me who have been putting my faith on the 2 brothers, believing them towards the end, and ready to vote for them in the EGM despite with my little shareholdings.

But reality is cruel, now Ng Shih Fang is throwing the shares like no tomorrow, do you guys know how much shares he sold on the market for the past 2 weeks?

27,434,300 UNITS OF SHARES
Revenue have a share base of close to 482.0 million, and the brothers have the audacity to seek our trust in them, and then appeal to the court to delay the EGM, then subsequently selling the shares in the open market which is effectively 5.69% of the total shareholdings of the company.

FINE. Maybe they are just tired of the corporate game and ready to call it a day.

What really triggers me is the “EMPLOYEE” is still cheering like a clown on the release of the brothers from MACC, as if it was something honorable.

No more EGM. The Duo has challenged their suspension and proposed removal as being invalid. Let the legal take its course now. It is a waiting game. Meanwhile, Dino will continue to consolidate to more than 20% to the maximum that is permitted by SE and end up the most significant largest shareholder singlehandedly.

With the support of his diehard shareholders, Dino is expected to secure more than 50% supports and will become the chairman of the Group . Eddit would be outcasted in the end.... happy ending or not remains to be seen. Guess who is audacious now ?
