C20 exercise level is 21400, since hsi future is close to it now, may see a gap up tomorrow. Furthermore the DJI is expected to close green tonight, so hold tight for all HSI-c.

The HSI rebound is mainly due to short-squeeze, unless FOMC confirms to raise the rate then the HSI uptrend party is still on.

HSI weak rebound above MA20 21165, should sideway above this level into the early night, expected to turn negative again later half, and close negative again, unless we see 21000 strongly defended again overseas (possible due to the expected strong performance later for HSI) so the gyration and wild swings add uncertainty to our trading position today's close and tomolo... only stay if you have eaten some bao-zi-dan...and say lou-hu-jia-lou-hu!!!

Bilis2, I think that c20 is a better horse than c19 for hedging. You can look at the price movement of c20 versus c19

Bilis2, you need to be careful on c19 as it is out of inventory, so when HSI dropped a lot, it did not drop much, when HSI up from bottom, it also did not up much. Not recommended to buy it for hedging, you need a same price matrix from Makuali for C and H, if different source then one up 10% only the other 30% drop.

Only when the underlying index (HSI) is in

1. "Wild swings state", uncertain directions

2. Can go EITHER ways i.e. up OR(!!!) down coming 1-2 days

3 Can go BOTH ways i.e. up AND(!!!) down opposite directions in the morning/evening then next morning/evening...very prominent now in HSI

this is very risky ( TREACHEROUS livings) , not recommend to those cautious investors

I figure the night market (1st half) will swing up and down 21330 to 21168 and 2nd half settling down 21187-21181....if so tomolo we must clear our Hs to avoid the up market...

KLCI 26-4-2016

Wave 4 still in process. wave C down from 1729 is developing at the moment.
minor 3 of C should be done today at 1692. Might or might not bounce to 1701 area before the last leg down to 1670. A close above 1715 will cancel out 1670.

Rchi: on daily, 200MA support at 1670, lower trendline support at same area, 0.618F retracement at 1672. if 1672 no tahan, will probably see 1600.

Today game plan for HSI is sell c first before 11.30am and then buy h and will sell it in the afternoon session, after that buy c again. As some investor in HSI will sell first to stay sideline before FOMC meeting.
