Connie: Must take care yourself. I "think" U need a layer of LARD oil to protect ur kolon. Try some herb to improve ur stomach organt (go to Taman Megah herb shop beside Food Court)... They are helpful and high integrity to solve ur problem. tell them all symptoms they will suggest to you some herbs............ I hope it helps.
