Technicals: Broke out above 1.34 to 1.43. Returned to test 1.34 over 2 days => sucess. Now moving up to take out 1.43. Technical set up will propel it above 1.50 and above 1.60. Its magical. Believe it or not, it will happen.

example - when crude oil selling at USD 30, production cost USD30, now selling USD100, production cost USD50?? 100?? cant imagine the margin

Back to basics of investing:
1. Russia is the 3rd largest oil producer. EU will sanction 70% of russian oil n gas. World supply will reduce, oil price will move up.
2. Hibiscus drill and sell crude oil. Their profitability links directly to oil price. At oil usd70 they make money at around usd20. At oil above usd100, their profit will more than double bcause their cost is constant.
3. When company makes huge jump in profit, share price will move higher and higher.
4. Back of envelop calculation shows that they will make north of 20 cents per share. Share price valuation is undervalued currently.

If Russia launch missile into Finland. Oil price going to sky rocket again because war escalated to another country. Hibiscus RM 1.4 will be gone in a minute and price will be push to RM 1.5.
