Actually I didn't received the form to accept the offer. 16/10/2019 11:58 AM sapurakencana If you buy at higher price,i prefer you hold the share rather than become the supper of this "rich Yeoh family" 16/10/2019 1:25 PM takashi86 Hopefully this forum will be kept active even after delisted...so all can discuss the next steps.. Or hold minorities AGM here once in a while. 17/10/2019 2:54 PM whkwoon yes hold on to YTL Land , see you after 10 years if we live that long, pass to your children 18/10/2019 3:24 PM psooi NTA will be higher if they revalue the land bank in Sentul. I am prepared to become a shareholder of unlisted YTLLand. 12/11/2019 2:05 AM Eric6790 so u all means if any one still hold the company shares entitled for dividend? 12/11/2019 2:49 AM RVI123 @Eric6790 Yes, you are still entitled to dividends, splits, bonus issues and right issues. Everything is still the same, but the stock is not listed and you can not sell in Bursa. Other than this, there will still be AGM or EGM that you can attend. 12/11/2019 12:13 PM RVI123 YTLland with all the lands that are not revalued actually worths RM4.00 to RM5.00 a share. The family force the minority shareholders to sell at RM0.36 a share through share swap. It is a pure daylight robbery. 12/11/2019 12:41 PM multi530 I even bought more share before delisted..just dont want to let Francis take it easily 12/11/2019 1:01 PM Kris Wong YTLLand's AGM also on 12 December. Same place and date as YTLCorp n YTL Power !!! 20/11/2019 9:17 AM RVI123 The management is going to amend the constitutions. I believe it is going to be for the advantage of the YEOH family. Can someone highlight what is the major changes? 02/12/2019 10:19 AM takashi86 They purposely chose double 12...so ppl will busy online shopping no time go agm tiu gao them!! 10/12/2019 10:28 PM Kris Wong Eldest son announced no dividend for next 5 years ?, heck, another cunning tactic to cheat dissenting shareholders to accept his company, YTLCorp, outrageous low takeover offer to accept the share swap by 7January 2020 !!! 16/12/2019 12:06 PM RVI123 Eldest son has slowed down and become less aggressive as compared to those days. In the AGM, he just blamed the market environment to cause the whole group to do badly. However, if we compared YTLLand to other property counters, many of the competitors like MKH and Paramount are still recording very good profits. 17/12/2019 12:37 PM RVI123 @yongch May I know how much dividends have YTLCement shareholders received after the delisting? Was there any Rights or Bonus issues? 23/12/2019 12:34 AM Leong966 @yongch latest report was only 93.72%.
