The Board of Directors of Bank Islam (“Board”) is pleased to declare an interim single tier dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022 of 10.40 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM224.15 million (“Dividend”).

The Board had determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") (which was approved by the shareholders of Bank Islam on 23 May 2022) will apply to the entire Dividend which will provide the shareholders of Bank Islam with an option to elect to reinvest the Dividend into new ordinary shares of Bank Islam.
