All the writings in this weblog are mainly for PLEASURE reading purposes. I am in NO position to recommend a call(BUY/SELL). Please check with those know-hows before you make a decision. Yes, I am just a learner, with only five years experiences in KLSE. So, please BEAR with me.
Question : How do I get out of debt?
This will be a start of questions ... as I m going thru an e-mail interview.
I can't remember the exact amount of my debt in year 2009, the peak of my debt-ridden situation.
Credit-cards : RM15k ... max there, I guess.
AIA insurance : RM5k
Mom : RM5k
Saadiq n RHB : RM15k
So ... should be around RM40-50k in debt with monthly income less than RM5k. One could not breathe by month-end ... when we have bills to pay and ... well, paying the minimum 5% was all I could do.
So ... I will want to share how I cleared my debt ... debt-free ... and now, start to have 'debt' again, preparing for crash.

Charge each participant rm500 to rm1k, i think he got more than 10 participants for cohort 1 to 5,that alone can make rm25k to rm50k..still got cohort 6 to 20,thought less participants

But mack chan is smarter....charge rm4k to rm5k each now and masuk pocket for courses in 2018..should learn from him how to find waterfish...mayb u should go to try yr luck in investalk...

debt of only 50k and salary a few k.....that's easy to get out of debt. 1 year eat only economy char bee hoon,roti canai,maggi and nasi lemak. everyday stay at home and don't spend.

as for me can you solve for me? me in debts of 750k, no job experience(never work before) and have to take care care of my 87 year old dad. no income how to settle my debts?

I will see billion in debt is norm
And I will feel the few millions debt today is definitely nothing to be worried about

Appropriate debt is always good, else this product won't exist for so long to help people improving one's life! Haha...

God give everybody:
2 ears, so that you listen not only one side
2 eyes, so that you can see not only one side
But give only one mouth, which is to tell you to speak very carefully , only after you use both eyes and ears to listen and see.
It also give 32 teeth to assit you in filtering words coming out from one single mouth.
Use god's creation wisely. Do not abuse.
