(Icon) Global Oriental Bhd (12) - Rights Price Fixed At RM0.50
(Ladies and gentlemen, please get your cash ready)
GOB announced that the rights price has been fixed at 50 sen, while the Warrants exercise price is fixed at 80 sen.
According to the announcement, the rights price of 50 sen represents discount of 33% to Theoretical Ex Rights Price ("TERP") of 75 sen. The Warrants exercise price represents premium of 6.67% to the TERP.
Concluding Remarks
I am going to subscribe for the rights in full. I am lazy to even do an analysis. It is clear that if we believe in the prospects of GOB, this rights issue is a no brainer.
