You must differentiate what is liquid and illiquid assets and how many % controlling shareholder and PAC is holding.

If controlling shareholder already hold more than 50% like in MUI case then minority shareholders have no chance to unlock value since controlling shareholders is in total controlled.

Insas case is different liquid assets Net Financial assets: RM 1,418,421,000 and Insas still hold 537,008,575 inari share (one of Insas associate company) and 1,215,718,665 M&A an effective holding of 60.83% subsidiary company of Insas.

The controlling shareholders Dato Sri Thong and PAC only officially hold 32.96%. So in theory if anyone have a deep pocket he can accumulate insas share from open market to wrest control from Dato' Sri Thong and become the new controlling shareholder and unlock Insas value.

Actually dome cafe consider good loh!

Insas hold 537,008,575 inari share and Financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, as at 30/6/2023 mark to market value: RM 222,832,000 which together give Insas Year end 30/6/2023 Dividend received of RM 56.521 million

This year dividend should be better than last year 2.5 sen. Need to wait for annoucement of quarter end 30/9/2023 result at end November to know the dividend.

Actually some msian cannot confidently use bahasa melayu....bcos they took out...private english, chinese, tamil & arab medium school loh!

As for Bahasa Indonesia....it is actually malay.....but their malay is slightly different from msian malays language loh.... but still msian can easily master it loh!

Coming back....to malay language....it is easy to learn loh....the bangladesh, vietnamese, cambodian, mynmar and nepal can learn speak the language eloquently just within 3 to 6 mths loh!
