On WA: Based on the closing price today @ 190 sen, the premium is only 8.67%, real low! In fact if comparing it with other company warrants (not call warrants) listed in BURSA, you wouldn't find many warrants with such low premium. Furthermore REDTone-WA has another 3 years to go before expire and most importantly REDTone is on the uptrend!

Usually REDtone price is quite low compared to other Telco Services counters especially its warrant worthy to buy.gimmy nearly everyday introduces this stocks to us.We are lucky ppls not need to make any research we know this stock much.Thank you very very much to gimmy.

Maxis Bhd has allocated RM500 million over the next three years to activate 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE)services as part of its ongoing network investments.

Maxis’ 4G LTE service will offer download speeds 10 times faster than 3G andwork seamlessly with its existing 3G networks.

"Maxis was the first telco in Malaysia to complete extensive LTE field trials," its Chief Executive Officer Sandip Das said in a statement today.

"We have been trialing 4G LTE for two years and conducting extensive LTE interworking tests in a live network environment using commercial devices toensure that customers can enjoy seamless broadband experience wherever they a relocated.

"Now we are all set to launch 4G LTE services in Malaysia and look forward to rolling out these networks across various parts of the country in the next few years.

I think bright future for REDtone and It now relates to Puncak Semangat Sdn Bhd controlled by Bukhary for the digital terrestrial broadcast infrastructure contract to convert currect analogue broadcasting system to digital,which will be awarded by middle of 2013.

Redtone is already turnaround and definitely not the same stock anymore! Now it has 4G LTE (with Maxis as it partner), sizeable government projects, bidding for Digital TV Broadcast project, continue 3 quarters of positive results, sold off all money lossing subsidiaries, etc etc etc.... a share price of 20 sen is a history!!! Perhaps a PE of 20 is the making, just in line with other telcos. Cheers.

Comments from OSK Research: Redtone's rally should continue if it stays above the RM0.40 level. A purchase can be made if it closes above RM0.42, with a close below RM0.395 as a stop-loss. The price targets are RM0.450 and the psychological RM0.50. The stock may trade sideways if it fails to stay above RM0.40, with strong support at RM0.38.
