Structure wise... the Concession holder awarded Company A to do the mining. Company A then gave it to Company B. Company B then award it to Company C... & Company C is Nice. Nice will take 70%...& the 30% balance to the 3 parties. What do you guys think?

Bro, take heed of which state that this is carried out, when issue of basic necessity like water for decades has not been solved. And this mining business is the opportunity of rent seekers. Including the issue of passing the buck with respect to whatever, perhaps give it time for a bit of clarity to emerge.

I read his comments, i have no qualms with it. he provides and incites lessons learned: buy/sell based on your individual decision and be responsible for it.

Youarewelcome 88, based on the Nice entity arrangements as you pointed out, if I were the CEO of a PLC, I will not be involved, unless i am in a tight situation of need meant for the last breath of life for the company. The risk just over-weighs the probability of gain. Gomen officials change and concession holder defaults, the exit door opens for Nice to shake. Another reason for this deal is just meant for the synergy of the top execs of each entity without concern for Nice as a PLC.
Just postulating only. Time will tell.

Everytime there is news about Bahvest from the media it is always not so good. When are they going to publish some good news. Also there is no news on gold hitting all time high. Probably scare of people rushing to buy physical gold which might devalue the ringgit.

Bahvest still got inside problem. They need to clear license issue 1st. This environment problem is not easy to get. Nice start applying from 2021 only approve yesterday. If state gov not interfere with the issue, most likely Bahvest need to do from scratch. Last year got drama, this year also got drama. Lets wait for the agm 1st to see the direction

Bullballs don't despair, its not only about BV: in a market environment like Bursa where most other counters are not doing well themselves with respect to prices, moving up aggressively is not that conducive. So they exercise the other option: Shorts.

Few considerations:
1) The AGM is just around the corner, and in all probability as in the price action of most other companies with due AGM's, nothing much ever happens prior to the event. AGM's being just a compliance matter, perhaps Management resort to tactics of not wanting to rock the boat with respect to price changes.
2) On issues of international trade, unprecedented gold future prices: This has always been the nagging observation of why is Bahvest numb to the effect? IMO the metaphorical explanation is similar to soccer or thoroughbreds: Champions league is the aspiration of teams from EPL, Laliga, French league, Serie A ...but it is far fetched for Malaysia to qualify... on the same token the generally matured markets and variable conditions observed and described by "Blueberries" might just be the arena befitting the top global miners in the likes of Glencore or Rio tinto and others of their league. Bahvest is just not yet prepared and equipped to play the big league. Not that it cannot, but its just not yet: they are only at the infant stage. What more it is an open open secret that the feudal warlord style of running organizations are still strong in this part of the world, thus dictating quality and standards of management operations that are carried out. Quarter reports might not be the catalyst, but discovery of new mines and mineral diversification might do the trick. But again, whether this will disrupt and bloat their capitalization structure is yet another story to be told. Thus with Bahvest, long drawn out patience is the virtue.
3) This factor might be the immediate "play to kill or exit game-plan: the Sabah PRN. Word has it that they might dissolve the assembly after Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Without the need to explain further, the rest would be what is generally expected. But one interesting question is; what are the consequences if the Warisan candidate yang sebok sebok tu, that puts pressure on Bahvest operations win and the opposition form the state gomen? My take: Serve him right (Padan dia punya muka) he will be caught in an uncanny position of embarrassment. Never an easy task to close or withdraw business from PLCs' without facing adverse public consequences without respite.

Last 2 weeks or so I slewed Simeprop and Mahsing just on expectations of good qtr results: Their modus operandi is usually that way only: a one day +half push and that's it.

Aye, your PWRwell, I surmise have bright chances of going places. IMO this one has the intrinsic business of feeding into current energy trends, and seems that their excursions abroad looks promising, albeit on projects basis. But because of the low NOSH and significant founder ownership retained, this could be a bright candidate in the category of the next "big thing"
