Youarewelcome 88, based on the Nice entity arrangements as you pointed out, if I were the CEO of a PLC, I will not be involved, unless i am in a tight situation of need meant for the last breath of life for the company. The risk just over-weighs the probability of gain. Gomen officials change and concession holder defaults, the exit door opens for Nice to shake. Another reason for this deal is just meant for the synergy of the top execs of each entity without concern for Nice as a PLC.
Just postulating only. Time will tell.

Everytime there is news about Bahvest from the media it is always not so good. When are they going to publish some good news. Also there is no news on gold hitting all time high. Probably scare of people rushing to buy physical gold which might devalue the ringgit.

Bahvest still got inside problem. They need to clear license issue 1st. This environment problem is not easy to get. Nice start applying from 2021 only approve yesterday. If state gov not interfere with the issue, most likely Bahvest need to do from scratch. Last year got drama, this year also got drama. Lets wait for the agm 1st to see the direction

@moon, most of the amateur investors they trade base on emotion. They dont see big picture. So when you go against them, they will resort to cursing as it is the easiest way to express.

Helang is a smart trader, look at the timing he promote and de-promote it. Almost the same timing as i sell and buy.
At this moment Gold company will not have much attention as much investors are still not confident whether the price can sustain or not.
