I think the director also sell the right share.. you see today right share only around 4 sen...i going to sell mine also ... now mother only 12 and wc think should be around 2 to 3 .. so is useless..
if diectoe didn't do anything then habis liao...

Sold all my OR too .... Don't ask the directors to comment, they will not tell you 100%! If you read their propectus, only one director undertake to subscribe the rights, hey... what about the rest? They want to sell their rights too?

My 2sen advice is sell mother share to buy rights shares to get free warrant. Make your own decision.

My advise to sell mother shares to buy rights shares ONLY if you do not want to increase your exposure on this stock.

If you have extra cash, then can keep mother shares and buy rights & get free warrant C.

The OR now 0.045 + 0.10 = 0.145
more expensive than mother share at 0.125
I rather buy mother share from market, at least no need fill in the form and buy banker's cheque to subscribe.

My comments is, subcribe the right and wait another 2-3month baru comments~ now on right issue time,test how u look for eah this stock performance in future~ i cant say it can go to how high,but base by it fundamental, go back to 0.2 lvl is just a time only~

Kelvin...holders of Wrnt A & B are not entitle for the Ordinary Rights and wrnt C. It is only meant for holders of mother share but for wrnt holders there will get 56 additional wrnts for every 187 wrnts A or B held..
