I think worth it to take up the rights with free warrant C. Exer price for WC is 12sen which is lower than WB. Meaning WC price should be higher than WB when listed.

WB price now is 0.055. WC should be around the same price if not higher (due to lower conv price)

If you already got the OR, better you subscribe and get free WC. If do not want to pour extra cash, then sell mother shares at 0.125 to subscribe and get free WC.

unless you buy at 0.11 range, it is not possible to sell OR to earn money or breakeven.

hi taka, regarding the question that i ask few days ago, about the details that need to provide to the bank in order to get the bank draft, i found that the Form required more information than just EAH RIGHTS ISSUE ACCOUNT, such as beneficiary's bank , particular of benefictiary, and payment details. May i know how to fill up the form?? i ask the girl at the bank but she seems like clueless about what to fill in in the form........

Beneficiary's Particular = EAH RIGHTS ISSUE ACCOUNT
Payment Details = rights issue

The rest just leave blank.

Actually there are 3 scenarios in this case


* With the assumption you have 6000 EAH before x-date
or bought 6000 OR after the x-date


1.) You sold EAH before it went x (22/05/14)
EAH last trading price = RM0.18
6000 x 0.18 = RM1080

2.) You purchased before EAH went x (22/05/14)
EAH last trading price = RM0.18
6000 x 0.18 = RM1080

And, decided to sell the OR
6000 x 0.045 = RM270

At EAH current price of RM0.125, you need for the price to be at least at 0.135
to break even
0.135 x 6000 = RM810
RM810 + RM270 = RM1080

3.) You only purchased 6000 OR after the x-date
6000 x 0.045 = RM270
Rights subscription = 6000 x 0.10 = RM600
Total cost = RM870

Lets assume that price of EAH remains @ 0.125 after the listing of rights shares
6000 x RM0.125 = RM750
you need for the price of EAH-WC to be at least at 0.04 to break even
3000 x 0.04 = RM120
RM120 + RM750 = RM870

*** Do correct me if I'm wrong in my calculation

Your cost price is 0.205.
1) If you don't want to subs, then sell off to get back 0.045 to reduce your cost.
2) If not, sell the mother shares at 0.125 and use the money to subs @ 0.10 and get free WC which should worth 0.05 - 0.06 on listing.
