i mean 4.50 pm it may go to 2.03...i park there...well on friday they sold a lot at 2.90 ..,. today ramai2 q at 3.78 and 3.77 ...o please mr shark let it be 2.03 ...but 1st unloaded yours at 3.78 and 3.77 - about 6 million shares then sell it to me at 2.03...pisang ajaib berbuah 2 kali...bursa lagi ajaib , berbuah berkali2

and who want to buy tdm tomorrow when u are not entitled to the share split? your share will be worth only 3.79/5= RM0.758 if u buy tomorrow...while who has it by tomorrow and have paid..they will get 5 shares each worth 0.758... so who want to buy it tomorrow?

If it is based on RM4.14 closing price on the 20th June 2013 per share before it got nuked, then it should at least worth RM4.14/5 = RM0.828. However, anbz.....you are right, the opening price for tomorrow should be at only 3.79/5= RM0.758.
Finger crossed, I hope it will move up/goreng to at least RM0.80 and slowly heading towards RM1.20
Correct me if I am wrong and sifus.....

share split or not split, main difference is split make flow better. now split on low price, more more better.

Cheaper stocks have more liquidity and easier to "goreng" but to me %of gain is more important :P

yeah but if i buy tomorrow...mine will not be split because tomorrow is the ex-date!!! while yours will be 5000 units from 1000 units after share split while me will only have the right for just 1000 units with the 1/5 the value. That Mr X in your example is the seller that can sell it tomorrow (after he has paid to be entitled)...while Mr Y who buy tomorrow will be a dumb ace... ini bukan pasal busuk hati lah sindah bodoh...lu paham ke tak paham apa wa cakap. buyin on ex date is not entitled...while your share will be valued 20%...lainlah kalau u belum sebelum ex-date and pay within a certain few days...

when share announce split, normally the price will go up to reflect this is good decision. So you can see before qe end announcement come out, the price go up a lot.

and we're not talking about not entitled to be given dividen for anyone whom buy tomorrow...but the 100% guarantee that if hebuy tomorrow and didn't sell at what ever price ...he's guaranteed 100% to have his capital reduced to 20%

is it the ex-date oni refer to those who has right to sell the splitted share (which is only splitted on 28 June), while those who buy tmr still can split their share on 28 june (just that they don't enjoy the right to sell the splitted share earlier starting tmr)
