I found out from the registrar that the notice will be sent out next week, and the AGM will be sometime in May 2013.

bought at 1.85 10 lots in 2009 then 2 more last year at 3.60. Wanted to buy at 4.40 lately, but because of the GE13, didnt go in because of uncertainty! I am a medium/long term investor, having kept some shares for the past 30 over years!!
