I think what that guy was saying is not that MMC is expensive

I think he meant don't get caught in another round of ZZZzzz of stock price hibernation

pingdan I do some research for historical PE ratio..

Prior to FY2019, MMC trading at PE ratio around 15 to 40. I just use the lowest PE ratio which is 15. Using the FY2020 EPS, the reasonable price should be RM1.85 (EPS12.32x15).. Plus there is potentail profit improvement for the next 3 quarters. Hence it is not so reasonable to sell it now...

i just visited to PTP Port, Johor yesterday, and sametime my investment team members visited at North Port at Klang, the busy of port is CRAZY and PACK !!!

I'm very confident that MMC 1st quarter result (ended 31/03/2021) will be EXPLOSIVE and GOOD NUMBER which will be announced on May 2021

this is really a good company fundamentally, almost 4.5b in revenue, and maintain profit-making during tough time,, now economic recovery taking place plus ECRL realignment,, i think can rest assured, last time sold too early below rm1, regret the decision for not having faith

Most of the ports worldwide are congested as the people are buying more stuff during the pandemic. We are buying more computers, gadgets and furnitures for work from home and various other goods for stay at home. We all know that there tremendous shortage of containers as more and more goods are being shipped out from producers to consumers. MMC are definitely profiting from this increase of port usage.
Any how MMC at current prices are still trading below its intrinsic value especially for a company that own and operated many strategic assets.
