This rubbish counter, suddenly shot up in early morning with that type esults; proved conman is under syndicate pump up d the price after hard sell for 1 whole week... by just change right hand to left hand to push up...

He should come & bang table say 2 yrs ago, when there is still have value there to be salvage mah...!!

Imagine even say a GO will be launched today at say 4 sen Mkt cap of rm 3.6m, is there any value for the acquirer can extract and salvage at this low price leh ??

Only specialist vulture can make & see some opportunity, on the other hand Talam at about the same price of 4 sen still have very high margin of safety and still can salvage huge value going forward loh...!!

I just saw the chair throwing video of stone master agm

I also checked up on stone master debt and its assets. Stone master is bankrupt and not salvageable as assets are in lousy location

So game over for stone master

As for TalamT it's assets Tower over its debt by a rock solid margin

With the little rm39 millions debt to clear TalamT will emerge as an Asset Rich and later a Cash Rich company

That is the world of difference between investing with Margin of safety and investing blindly and foolishly.

I think this 3iii sifu is wrong to accuse sifu stockraider on hengyuan, for your information i did follow stockraider buy call at rm 4.50 and i did ride the wave to as high as rm 19.00.

But when the price of Hengyuan start to fall again, i listen to stockraider to cut Hengyuan at Rm 13.00.

I think when circumstances change, sifu stockraider is entitle change his opinion on the share and that the sell call prove to be right and save all us.

Why keep harping his TP Rm 32.00, when Hengyuan did not even hit Rm 25.00 and no investor had bought rm 25.00, thus where is the damage done ?

Lets be fair to stockraider for his good sharing.

Aiyoh, watching these two camps quarreling is hilarious! Thanks for the comedic relief. I don’t know about Calvin’s motive for promoting this stock. He could be the spokesman for a syndicate or he may not. In my humble opinion, this stock does have hidden value. It’s true that the co was badly managed and this is reflected in the stock price. However, it’s land banks, which, imo, are grossly undervalued, makes this a value buy for when it’s true value is unlocked, it’s price will readjust dramatically. This is premised on the management not running the co into the ground, like Sumatec, which now has only circa RM17k in the bank. No wonder Sumatec went into PN17. I know one nominee director on the Board. He is kiasi personified. If this co is heading for PN17, Mr Kiasi will be the first one out of Dodge and resign. When he does that, I’m out of here, man! Meanwhile, I’ll continue to collect, loh.

Private placement will only create 4.6 mils not enough to cover half quarter's losses.. 4 cts is low price not cheap.. low price is bec this is lousai stock...

Talam need to consolidate, at least 5 to 1 then the volume of shares after pp will be around 900 mls...; but b4 consolid.. share price will likely drop to around 2.5 cts.. that will make it 12.5 cts after consolid.. only then they can issue rights..

Talam NTA now is around 8 cts.. Sumatec NTA is around 10 cts.. which one has more assets???

Assets can disappear after long term of losses in a company.. there a are a lot of companies having a lot of land n property but after they delisted.. u never hear from them anymore.. nothing left...

You’re absolutely right! Assets can disappear after long term losses in any company, especially chao ham yi assets. The Talam lands in Gombak and Bukit Beruntong/Serendah were also chao ham yi lands. However, the ECRL has changed the equation. If the ERCL estd it’s hub in Gombak with a station in Serendah, the land values of Talam’s previously chao ham yi lands are going to skyrocket! There is no way the ECRL isn’t going ahead. Daim can negotiate and plead till the cows come home, but with the hefty penalty clause, China’s got Malaysia by the balls! So a discount is likely but cancellation? No way Jose!

My investment philosophy is premised on uncovering and buying undervalued stocks with a hidden value story. Look, I placed part of my portfolio 2 months ago in bitcoins when it was struggling to clear US$3,600 and everyone was calling bitcoin a fraud. This morning it hit US$5,034! I took profit at US$5,000 and went in and bought a bigger lot again at US$4,887 when it retraced. I’ll buy it all the way up to US$10,000. I bought Zelan around Boxing Day last year for 2.5c. It shot up to 12c 3 months later. My risk appetite is bigger than some others I suppose. So if Talam drops to 2.5c, I’ll huut ah! I could be wrong but fortune favors the brave.

How to u master the longterm investment foresight leh ??

If buying into SAPE is base on investment foresight, the same can be said & applied to Talam too mah....!!

So we must see ahead of time

See 6 months down the road or 12 months or even 2 years or 3 years ahead

What are the companies that will do well then?

What are the opportunities and what are the pitfalls?

See ahead of time

What are the changes now that will alter the status 6 months or 12 months or 2 years down the road?

That is how we see with "eyes in our head".

Not only see & use your brain to think mah.....!!

Make use of your 6 senses to help u make monies loh...!!

Talam in 1 yrs time will be reporting good profit , do u see Talam share price still at current absurd low 4.5sen leh ?

Most importantly the next 6 to 12 mths there will have positive operations profits coming, profit on disposal landbank and kickoff of property development project loh.!!

With landbank in hand secured already Rm 1 billion billion and ECRL catalyst coming, it is likely the share price will ballooned to record 15 sen to 30 sen loh...!!.

Talam is already have the biggest landbank in booming selangor area of serendah and gombak and with better infra bcos of ECRL the land value is going and grow, and this trend is still growing loh....!!

The share price is going towards increasing day by day and more & more soon loh....!!
