So you will make 0.5 sen gross, after deducting brokerage, stamp duty, clearing fees, GST, so will left with 12 ringgit profit for 100k units you buy and sell. Not worth the effort lah, unless you buy in millions.
Looks like cannot go up anymore, there are many people buying on contra basis, T+3 payment is looming. Most of these people have no money to pay up, selling will be heavy by end of today and starting tomorrow hell break loose... force selling is expected. No point buying now, better sell and buy back cheaper when it drop to 6sen again.

Kbunai having 5.77 billion paid up shares. Unless daily turnover is to the tune of 200 million share and above (4% of outstanding shares), otherwise buy easy, sell become very hard loh.......
I am just being realistic, calvin depends on Najib ( don't have much faith in this )... to me kbunai is a pure goreng counter. kbunai already have such a huge vol past 2 days, meaning a lot of contra players already in. They either take profit, cut loss or bank force sell when they cant pay up. Better play safe, sell first and talk later.
Thank you for recommending Crescendo. Crescendo is an excellent counter I bought for RM1.20 and Daiman for RM1.40. So price has done very well. As for UEMS it is still a laggard with deep value like Mulpha. Both UEMS & Mulpha will rise up when Bullet Train Station is Up. Over a short period Kbunai may trade up, down or sideway since there are stale bears, day traders and contra players. But as history repeats itself I expect it to perform like year 2006 & 2011 during 9MP and 10MP.

Kbunai might look like a goreng stock at this stage like PM Corp was at 9 cents & Perak Corp at 60 cents. If you want to take kbunai like a goreng stock. It's up to you. We invest according to our own conviction, judgement & time length.
Don't dream la calvin, kbunai is just an attempt to goreng... it will never go further that what it has achieved now. Next is beheading. No way Najib is going to give any money to Karambunai, u know why ? Why would he want to give money to a Chinese company ? Have you forgotten how upset he was with the Chinese for the last election disaster ? There are tons of other companies he can give money to.
Anyone here who has bought kbunai better run before it is too late. Kbunai is an awful company that has never make an operational profit, it has been making losses every single quarter, every single year. Number of shares has ballooned to almost 6 billion shares from rights issues loan stocks. Once all the warrants are converted, it will be 7 billion+ shares. NTA will be so tiny, few more losses from them, kbunai will turn it into -ve NTA, once it turned -ve... it will become PN17, soon suspended and delisted. All your money stuck forever.

Kbunai land is useless to investor, because you cant own it, Calvin claim of undervalue is fake. All the lands are already revalued ( overvalued ) several times in the past. If revalued again, most likely will be less because many parts of the kbunai is in real bad shape and bad maintenance.

I like to buy bargains. And at that time Properties in Johore were totally forsaken and given up by the masses. One guy was so pessimistic that he sold his 2 houses in Johor right at the bottom.
It was a field day for me as Johor High Court was quite devoid of people them. So i picked up many properties for a song only. Most of the time there were no other bidders or at best one or two interested parties only, You might be surprised to read this. A 10,000 SQ FT HILL TOP BUNGALOW IN BUKIT DAHLIA GOING FOR RM220K ONLY IN JOHOR HIGH COURT. TODAY AFTER 7 YEARS IT IS NOW WORTH RM3 MILLIONS.
BUT AT THAT TIME NO TAKERS!! A REAL SURPRISE TO ME.

I am not surprise at your behavior. In those days when Dr M & Spore have disputes a bungalow with 10,000 SQ FT land on a hilltop has no buyer even at Rm220,000 only!
I am also not surprised that many others do not think that Kbunai has deep value.
When Pm Corp dropped to 7.5 cents people thought it will go bankrupt.
I have always - all the time been hunting and looking for bargains all my life. Whether in collector's cars, auction properties from high court auction or distressed, misunderstood stocks in KLSE

Intrinsic value is confirmed by observation and calculations. Everything has an intrinsic value.
Water has a value. You pay your bills every month according to usage. Same goes for electricity
Our Old Newspapers and card boards also got intrinsic value. People collect them for 10 cents or 20 cents. Then they sell them to recycling paper mills like Muda.
Every vegetable or fruit you buy from Tesco, Mydin, Giant, Aeon or The Store must be weighed to find its value. You pay according to price plus how many gram or kg. So there is an exact value.
A second hand car also got a value. You can go ask 5 different car dealers about the price. Then add the total sum of 5 given figures by 5 different car dealers & then divide it by 5. And you have an idea of the car value by what market can buy from you.
A house or shop, factory or empty land also have an intrinsic value. This is by comparing advertised prices of the surrounding properties with similar features.
Example
House No 157, Lorong Maarof, Off Jalan Bangsar, Bangsar Park, KL
This 2 storey house was bought for only RM18,000 in year 1970 What is the current value of this house today after 45 years?
To know its intrinsic value you can do this
1) Go to house next door and nearby. Say house no 129, 131, 133, 135, 139, 141, 143 & 145, 147 & 149. Knock on every door. Politely ask the owners if they want to sell their houses. If out of 10 one or two might be interested to sell. Then you will get nearer to know the price.
Ask for their selling price?
Suppose they also don't know and ask you to make an offer? Then you can say, "Sell me at Rm18,000? Will you? At your original purchase price of RM18,000?
Now be prepared to get a good scolding. And doors might be slammed against your face. Or they will exclaim, "WHAT! House No so & so were sold for RM1.8 Millions recently. And house no. so & so are asking for RM2 millions now!!
Ha! So you now have an idea. You got it first hand from the mouth of owners.
2) But not all are thick skinned like Calvin. So the next best method is this. Drive around the neighbourhood every day or every week. Look for "For Sale" signs. Then call the agents. After calling 2 or 3 agents you will have an idea.
3) Or go and see an established Real Estate Professional with Office Nearby. The Best Would be the Ones in Bangsar. And make sure they are not newbies who only started work for only 3 months (Note: I have been in property line for 30 years. I have also viewed and assessed more than 10,000 houses from Penang, Perak, KL, PJ, Shah Alam. Melaka, Iskandar, Singapore & Australia. I think I do have a little experience in valuation of real estate after 30 years pursuing this hobby.)
4) You can also employ a Real Estate Professional to go and Value the house. Now you will get a better & clearer picture. Most Banks require an Official Valuation by "Registered VALUERS" before giving the loan quantum for houses. Banks are very fearful of NPL (Non performing loans)
5) Or buy Star Newspapers, Check www.propertyguru.com website for houses advertised for sale in Bangsar. Keep on checking day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. Then you will know its Value.
6) No 6 Is The Best of All.
Go and rent a room in Lorong Maarof. Rent as near to no 157 as possible. Now you are Living Right There. You see the Sight, Hear the Sound, Smell the scent, Feel the Matter, even Breathe The Air!! Everyday and night. Keep your eyes open wide! Talk to the Neighbours. Tell all you are interested to buy their houses if for sale. Now YOU ARE THE EXPERT! You should KNOW the intrinsic value by now.

2) Real Estate Facing a Sea, a River or a Body of Water or Lake. In Monaco you have some of the most expensive Real Estate in the world.
