They cant even sell what they have invested, if can sell.. already sold long ago for profit or at least get back their investment capital. if I buy a house in Klang Valley for RM300K in 2009, I would have be able to sell them for at least RM600K now BUT karambunai... rotting away. What does that tell you about those land in karambunai ?

All the bad news of kbunai are factored into the price.
Last time Tebrau Teguh was 10 cents and Focal Aims at 11 cents.
In Focal Aims time of 2009 its office was so dark and damp that no body wanted to enter it. Its gated and guarded Semi D in Jalan Durian 1 and 2 have no jaga. Focal Aims was therefore so cheap because it was deplorable.
For Tebrau Teguh its lands face the dirty sewage of the Tebrau River.
At least Karambunai Resort is still functioning and its beach pure and pristine. A few run down villas have been reflected in the depressed share price.
For those brave souls who bought Focal at 11 cents and Tebrau at 10 cents have made between 1,300% to 4,500% today.
Look to the future.
All resort lands of Iskandar, Jeju and Spore are priced at Rm1k, 2k and 7,000 psf.
Kbunai lands at only rm10 psf is the lowest anywhere in the world
In order to make money in the market, you need 3 things: 1) Market knowledge 2) Analysis tools 3) Mental altitude. Do not simply condam on other person analysis or research if you yourself know nothing on the market. Be humble and learn from experience people like Calvin.
