Warrant conversion price is rm1, conversion ratio 1:1

Only insane people will convert at the current share price below rm1 or when the warrant has a hefty premium..

well, it is just less than 2 years before warrant expired. But still many bought with 45% premium to current price.

Warrant have expiry date, the closer to the date, the premium will go nearer to 0. Remember it is 2020.

WB - assuming 1% premium drop for each month approaching the expiry...now the premium should around 20-25% only..

but for who confident that mother which reach the intrinsic value in less than 23 months, then 40 % premium is very very cheap..

Sorry for the late reply as I was not looking at i3 INSAS comments for the past few days.
Ms. Chow Yuet Kuan and Ms. Lau Fong Siew are both Company Secretaries. I met both of them during the AGM. Ms. Lau gave me her name-card but Ms. Chow told me she did not bring her name-card.
Any luck in communicating with Mr. Koon Yew Yin?

@CAF-POW, my guess...I could be wrong.
1. Say DS Thong has the intention to takeover, he will not do anything that could potentially increase the share price like paying a higher dividend. He may end up offering a higher takeover price later. He will wait till the warrants expire so that he doesn't have to offer the 2/3 wb that he does not own, this will make him a few hundred millions richer.
2. If he has no intention to takeover, and if the mother share price goes up, he may get diluted or he can convert his warrants to maintain his holdings, but this may trigger MGO given his current interest in the company. He needs to manage it properly. I don't think this is a big problem for him.
3. If he as an insider sells some warrants or shares to avoid MGO, the share price is likely to drop.
4. Alternatively, he keeps the cash in the company to "sapu" some companies after the election?

So, if I were him, I just wait, do nothing and keep all my options open. We need some heavy weight investors to join the party and rock the boat, otherwise we just wait for two years or go "kacau" at the AGM ... LOL.

If stock market continue like this till 31 March, then insas probably start to log in losses in next quarter earning.

But i think 50 sen is not possible. Most likely 65-75cents. There are rich people who willing to sapu at that price.

50 sen, may be need some push from election result.
