Haha rogers123, I already hold INSAS for the past three year so no problems for me to hold Prestar for the next 2 years as long as receiving Dividend every year.

Today mostly Red-Red bought another batch of Tunepro at RM 0.32.
Our dividend practice is consistent with what was disclosed in our IPO circular. It says and I quote “As part of this policy, we target for a pay-out ratio of not less than 40% of our consolidated profit in each financial year, subject to any applicable law and provided that such distribution will not be detrimental to our Group’s cash requirement.” In addition, any distribution of dividend is subject to our Group’s availability of distributable reserves, contractual obligations and capital expenditure plan.
Based on our track record from FY2013 to FY2018, we have been consistently paying more than 40% of our PATMI to shareholders in the form of dividend.
As you are aware, part of our business being travel focused, the pandemic impact has hit the travel industry the hardest as compared to other sectors. No dividend is declared for FY2019 as the priority now is to conserve cash to ensure the Group’s operational sustainability while having excess fund to invest in and strengthen our digital capabilities in order to adapt to the new normal. Despite achieving higher YoY profitability in FY2019, we are cognisant that the operating climate for the remainder of FY2020 will continue to be challenging given the uncertainties that lie ahead. In the event the performance of Tune Protect Group significantly improves, we may consider issuing special dividend or interim dividends in the future.
Haha rogers123, Thank you for asking. My Insas cost is RM 0.8381 Harold Wilson: A week is a long time in politics In shares market a week will see your book gains all evaporated into thin air. Pity me.
Only hope is quarter end June financial result must be good otherwise wait for another 3 months quarter end Sept result must be really good due to gain from shares disposal of associate company INARI.
SSLee, normally talk very much one must be know the company very well. Since you know so well your price cannot be until now is just breakeven only right? you mean Insas is a dividend stock to you? dividend rate is so low only. you at least learn to sell when high and exit lah. since you holding so long dont even see any better result from your expection.
SS Lee, which boss didnt say their company is undervalued one? boss also can blow water like most of us in I3 lah. Not even give dividend keep all the money for what? Not worth to hold at so high price lah. You can consider sell at high and buy back lower. At least your holding lower price then before lah. Insas price always up then down. then up then down. keep repeating one. enjoy the ride in out in out lah after few times your cost will be at half price only. Like this at least you talk also can be louder lah as you are holding lower price lah. See you talk so loud but no substance when your price is so high lah. just breakeven only after talked few years.
Mr Sslee, your weakness is you have fallen in love with Insas. In the 2017 post-CNY rally (did I get the year right) I sold off ALL my Insas shares at between 1.06 to 1.10. My cost then was around 0.65 to 0.68. Then when price drop to below 90 sen I started to buy back. In the stock market if you want to win, you mustn't try to go against the tide (trend). I have 27 years of stock market experience.
