This month I made fast fast one from Masteel, bought at average price 30 sen sold at 51-52 sen, Jetson bought at 16-19 sen, sold at 25.5 sen and 30.5 sen. Now Affin bought at 1.41 to 1.50 has gone above 1.90.

I maintain a diversified portfolio to manage risk. I have also been collecting a sizeable amount of Insas shares from 75 sen up to 81.5 sen recently and now waiting for this tortoise to power up.

I stay invested in Insas because it's an unvalued laggard. But it would be foolish to only invest in Insas and not diversify to other counters.

Selling of Masteel and Jetson and after buying Boustead at 62.5 sen and MNRB at 94.5 sen I still have over RM50,000 net proceeds to invest somewhere. Was thinking of putting it into this tortoise. There's also RM400,000 set aside for the RPS.

With joint holding of 10% and above the joint holders can make requisition to the Board and company secertary for EGM to nominate their nominees for director post or remove the existing director.

Major shareholder and PAC will trigger conditional MGO when their shareholding cross 33%.

Major shareholder and PAC holding more than 33% but less than 50% will trigger conditional MGO if their holding increase more than 2% in any 6 months period.

For listing requirement major shareholder and PAC must no hold more than 75% to maintain shareholder spread of min 25% unless Bursa agreed to lesser spread.

Major shareholder and PAC hold more than 90% then can offer force acqusition and take the company private.

Insas carrying cost on Inari is Rm 202m or Rm 0.33 per share loh...!!
This Inari contribute Rm 40m profit to insas mah....!

Insas have nta rm 2.65 based on 693m share that means it total shareholder funds is Rm 1.83b, even if u minus Inari rm 202m the shareholder funds is still at Rm 1.63b or rm 2.35 per share loh...!!

Even inari at lower share price today at Rm 1.64 based 599m share held by insas, its mkt value its worth Rm 982m loh...!! This means we add add additional Rm 1.47 per share to insas on inari, that will give Rm 2.35 plus Rm 1.47 = Rm 3.82 NAV per share loh...!!

On insas profit if u take out inari contribution of Rm 40m, it still give Rm 42m profit to insas....which means a generic eps without inari of Rm 0.06 mah....!! With inari insas eps is rm 0.12 per share mah...!!

From the above u will have a very good idea how resilience & how very big is Insas margin of safety at current share price of Rm 0.84 loh...!!

Thats the reason why Insas is a strong buy mah.....!!

Insas with good operating business condition in the stock market and with some disposal of inari shares & disposal of sengenic share ( which netted Rm 50m to Rm 100m} in the 2nd quarter Insas should be able to show coming record 2nd qtr profit loh...!!

That is the time when insas share price may shoot past Rm 1.30 loh...!!

This is an extreme gain of 55% within 6 months mah..!!

Go in while it is still very early loh...!!
