Beginning sign of strong positive upwards movement loh..!
U buy insas the safest stock in Malaysia with very high upside potential mah...!!
Buying insas hathaway is just like buying berkshire hathaway, it is the safest stock to invest with very big margin of safety loh....!!
The fair value of insas is easily as high as Rm 4.00 loh...!!
Do not miss this chance of the lifetime very profitable opportunity with extremely low risk loh...!!
In addition there are an additional dividend 2 sen coming & a very advantage corporate exercise coming loh...!!
Insas with good operating business condition in the stock market and with some disposal of inari shares & disposal of sengenic share ( which netted Rm 50m to Rm 100m} in the 2nd quarter Insas should be able to show coming record 2nd qtr profit loh...!!
That is the time when insas share price may shoot past Rm 1.30 loh...!!
This is an extreme gain of 55% within 6 months mah..!!

What will be Insas selling Price of Sengenics leh ??
No one really knows loh ??
An intelligent guess will be in the region of USD 10m mah...!!
Insas last sold a batch of 5,000,00 Inari shares at RM 2.296 on 3th Aug 2020 thus Q1 result already included the profit from sales of 55 millions Inari shares. Q2 will be another one-off gain from sale of Sengenics Currently Insas is the biggest shareholder of Inari with 554,853,575 units about 17.039%
Investment based on Margin of safety is layback and simple n usually successful mah...!!
Benjamin Graham has been practising it successfully mah...!!
Insas is a good classic margin of safety stock pick here loh..!!
If u buy insas even if no growth say u get 4% yield pa....but u pay rm 0.865 for rm 2.75 nta AND worth rm 4.50 assets mah...!!
Thus rm 2.75 x 4% pa ur return is rm 0.11 per share loh...!! Rm 0.10 per share profit on insas agst ur investment cost of rm 0.865 already got yield or return on investment of 12% pa...so u chinchai already got return every year loh...!!
So there are 3 potential gain on insas if u buy cheap mah; 1. The discount of rm 2.75 for rm 0.865 u already save rm 1.89 per share 2. U getting fixed about 0.11 cashflow...that give u yield 12% pa. 3. There is some potential for your earnings growth loh..!!
Compare QL For Ql u get less than 1% pa div yield & PE 50x....that will require about 50 yrs to 1000 yrs, just to get back ur investment capital...yes u can rely on growth but how much & how long, it require to catch up with insas if u overpay on QL leh ??
For all u may know....it will never catch up loh...!!
Conclusion Insas value is already there mah...!!
For QL u hope ur value can grow & grow to catch up with insas loh...!!
But insas already there & far ahead of QL mah....!!
When a stock is cheap, look for the reason, why a stock is cheap?.
If a stock is cheap for a temporary reason, then it becomes value investing.
If a stock is cheap for a permanent reason, then it becomes a value trap.
When you look at the situation if INSAS, you come to the question:
When can I reasonably expect the temporary undervaluation of INSAS to be resolved to it's proper price?
If your answer is I don't know when it will resolve, how it who will resolve it, or why would they?
Then you are better off not owning INSAS.
Just look at the amazing growth track record of value creation of insas for the past 10 yrs

INSAS IS GROWING STRONGLY MAH....ONLY THOSE PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND BERKSHIRE HATHWAY BUSINESS MODEL ARE SAYING INSAS HATHWAY BUSINESS MODEL ARE LOUSY LOH...!!
BUT INSAS BUSINESS MODEL ARE SAME SAME MAH, IN FACT INSAS GENERATE COMPOUND EARNINGS OF 12% PA SAME SAME AS BERKSHIRE WOH..!!...HOW COULD BE BERKSHIRE VERY GOOD & INSAS VERY BAD LEH ??

With rm 400,000, u can buy 460,000 insas share at 86.5 sen .... then after AGM, insas share will shoot up to rm 1.00 ... and u can sell back and pocket rm 60,000 easily, or wait until near rps and sell at rm 1.25- rm 1.50 and pocketed profit rm 150,000-rm 250,000 .... but decision is your to make. Cheers.
i hav been following this stock quite some time...this stock is very laggard....only have margin of safety......wasting a lot of oppurtunity outside if u jus hold and wait for this stock
RPS is alike FD, but with triple yield. just relocate your safe heaven fd to subscribe 2 RPS and entitle 5 free warrant for every 10 share. The free warrant is worth at least 30sen/warrant. Once EGM approve, the insas price need to stay at current low level at least for 5 day before warrant exercise fixing price as the exercise price carry nil premium, therefore, the lower the insas market price, the lower the exercise warrant price. Thus, keep low profile now for insas till warrant exercise price fixing. Meantime, just pocket first 2 sen dividend as sweeter.
So, many scenarios can be workout. But before we put up the scenario, we need to ask how relevance is this scenario ? Too much information is no better than zero information. At the end, it will all come back to NTA, net cash per share, eps, diy and business prospect. Leno is very happy with all these.
So, insas with Asset of RM 4.50 can easily earn 20 - 40 sen per year, can easily give 10 - 20 sen dividend per year, So, insas price can easily go up to RM 1.50 - RM 4.00 Of course "can" and "will" - go up may be a different thing and at different time. But again, this is how leno look at insas. For some, they will look at different things. Share market is a Voting Machine. At the end, it is how much we make from the share market that define how successful we are, not how much the share price go up or go down, or how long kena penjara. Leno knew some(many)one who never stay long in penjara but losing money by cutting loss after loss ...and after loss. No offend. Cheers.
TheContrarian, what is the probability of insas stay low until price fixing ? Do not try to answer this, because leno can come out with why insas can shoot up now, or before agm and again before and after fixing price, and after exercise price and so on ... FOCUS on the RELEVANCE information. Cheers.
