Insas at 1.03 is the lowest level since 16th January. Anyone who bought Insas from 16th January and still holding have been trapped.

So jaks dividend received from JHDP cannot covered interest payment to banks, how on earth jaks going to pay the principal sum?

Not sure what will be the disposal gain on 10 million Inari share and 100 million M&A shares. But the cash inflow from the disposal should be between RM 60-66 million.

Insas already go down hill. Drifting share price will not recover unless there is something very drastic happened.

For a drifting share, holding it further means you are wasting opportunity to hunt around.

In coming months, property counters still good buy.

Unfortunately insas boss Thong who controls board does not care.
Inari going up as US economy doing ok and rate cuts coming. Insas could sell all shares and return money to shareholders ! Will never happen as board are useless and follow only what thong says . Also thong owns a lot more than declared of insas so that’s why no shark.. even shark will get trapped
