A ) 50 % in Value n Growth stocks with DIVIDEND payout higher than Bank interest rate …or esp those with Dividend Policy , eg : 60 % .. 


Coming ipo on 99 Speed Mart with Dividend policy 50 % .. 


B) 50 % in higher risk stocks with Calculated Risk …

Today sold some prestar and top up MSC. MSC 7 sen dividend coming and next quarter result should be better due to increase tin price.

Come May will start accumulate some Petronm for the dividend of 23 sen.

Told my nephew last weekend. the price merely inched up 3 sen to 3.14

Whatever it is, Insas is still a better bet than Jaks. I have said that Insas upside is limited and pegged the price of around RM1.20 when you first promoted it. And true enough, it went above that level and started to come down again. Same as Jaks, which I have caution and reminded not to waste time which someone proudly claimed entering at RM0.19 and today traded at RM0.15 today. All the effort to suck bilis in by giving wonderful scenarios using piling story, see see look look now proven are just a waste of time. 🤣🤣🤣
