To 90% of Malaysian uncles & unties none understand MOLG & its share value. MOLG also own 3.5 Million Face Book Shares worth almost RM1 Billions which is little known or under coverage by analysts.

But its price already beat Public Bank. Supposing MOLG is Public Bank instead? The Market will surely go GaGa over BJ Corp

Pm Corp like UMW will be my long term investment. I hope for the best outcome in the divorce case. Best if there is reconciliation. If not Company should sell assets by public tender; then you will see great value of assets emerge in Mui Group. The only downside is kkp disposing shares of Mui bhd and Pm Corp in the open market. But it will opportunity to buy cheap shares.

I focus here because of Bj Corp deep undervaluation. Bj Corp is down 70 percent from rm1.80 to below 50 cents while its subsidiaries are up 4 to 5 fold.

Always focus on margin of safety and to buy below intrinsic value. This is the first law of all true investments.

The Recent sell down of MP Corp present a great buying opportunity for these reasons

1) At 33.5 cents MP Corp is selling at deep discount to TPY buying price of 55 cents. TPY knew MP Corp value well as he has a degree in Business/Finance.

2) The recent sale of 17 acres of Lakehill lands at RM35.80 showed that the total 630 acres of MP Corp lands now valued at RM900 Millions. If we add RM250 Millions for Wisma MPI the Total Net Net of MP Corp is now RM1.15 Billions.

3) After Minus debt of RM120 Million to Amanah & RM80 Million load of RHB Bank there is still a surplus of RM950 Millions for MP Corp

4) RM950 Millions divided by 288 Million free float equal RM3.58 per share in Net Cash Value

5) So MP Corp last closing price of 33.5 cents is A HUGE 93% DISCOUNT TO NTA - THUS MAKING MP CORP ONE OF THE MOST UNDERVALUE ASSET PLAY IN KLSE

6) Yesterday I visited Nusa Damai & saw the 6 Lanes Highway Construction progressing well.
I think Aptec Lands being Road Frontage Prime Lands should command a value of RM100 psf when highway is completed

7) To me MP CORP IS A GREAT BUY! I SHALL LOOK FORWARD TO BUY MORE ON WEAKNESS.

8) MY FIRST CHOICE AS OF NOW IS STILL BJ CORP. I AM BUYING ALMOST EVERYDAY ON WEAKNESS. BJ CORP - ASIA's BERKSHIRE
