The ex date for BJCorp CS on 5th May. is it some one push down? but exercise price is RM0.60. no need. mainly should Redtone issue.

The lacklustre share price performance of BJCorp currently, I have some point to say

One share price going up mainly have few stage.
1st Have earning, ( this few quarter better then 2010, we don’t see 2014Q3 )
2nd Have some small investor interested in, ( like current us now )
3rd Have local fund notice and do some research;
4th Have Oversea fund or gorverment fund notice and do some research;
5th Do some big project;
6th Pasar Aunty buy it;
7th Big project make money, continue goreng;
8th If big project fail, Big shareholder and Fund release, small share holder still continue accumulate and believe it is undervalue;
9th Company try to rebuild back company image for those lost.

For my opinion big share fund like foreign investor already release from 30% to 9%, around 1000M units share ( from 2010 until 2014 annual report) , our transaction only less then 20M per day ( 0.5% of total 4000M) , that mean near to 8th starge end.

I can see that BJCorp dispose of some “have value, not much profit but undervalue company”, this will reduce the group revenue and operation profit;

But this activity will revalue and polish back the company imaging;

I believe a lot of people buy share is start from 3rd stage or 4th stage, is still OK, but we must smart enough to start from stage 1.

Meanwhile go and get some 11MP shares as May 21st PM Najib will roll out RM250 Billions for year 2016 to 2021 - All these will benefit

1) KKB
2) CMSB
3) NAIM
4) WEIDA
5) Kbunai
6) Masteel
7) Mulpha

After making profit we can then pick up more Bj Corp shares.

Tentative timeline
Posting of this Offer Document 17 April 2015
Posting of the Independent Advice Circular 27 April 2015
First Closing date 8 May 2015

The offer is still in progress.
Offer price RM0.80 is RM0.509 higher than Redtone's NTA RM0.291
If BJCorp successful fully take over Redtone (not likely) the accounting treatment will probably
as follows:
Accounted the assets value as RM0.291 per share
the difference of RM0.509 will be accounted as Intangible assets ( Trade mark/Brand name/Royalty ).
AGAIN THE ACCOUNTING TREATMENT WILL DEPEND ON BJCorp's ACCOUNTING POLICY.

FYI, according to market news ( no confirmed figures ) those Telecommunication equipments installed by Redtone earlier is 2 to 3 time of RM0.291 per share at current market value.

Thank ngblg, you know what I worry, that mean not 100% have difference of RM0.509 as intangible assets, depend on the new equipment, I read the star newspaper today found that redtone is doing not normal communication businese, the whole ideal for redtone is good, if can intergrate the medical equipment, consider is new ideal and new businese.

Redtone announce 2015Q3 have profit of RM0.0061, if consider 4Q = RM0.0061 x 4 = RM0.0244, PE=RM0.80/RM0.0244=33, is litter bit high. need to monitor closely what project they want to come out and the result. when they can give profit of RM0.08 or RM40M above per year

Weida has High NTA & RM200 Million Cash. Plus savings from cheaper plastic cost. It should win the major share of RM400 mil for water works

For CMSB it is the clear winner of Pan Borneo Highway - RM27 billions

KKB has run ahead. A real surprise as China is dumping steel

And Naim has never been split by bonus issue yet.

Also Kbunai is still sleeping

As of now I really can't tell.
