holding @0.105 since jan'13 waiting for TP 0.45 coming september'13. reason RM21m profit from land sale in singapore to be factor in Q2 financial reporting in august'13. getting the RM38m this may or june'13. next week likely to close above 0.19 and might hit 0.21 end of may'13 hopefully. happy investing

company propose share buy back in the coming agm. so likely the share price will be on uptrend till approval of the said share buy back next month. so better buy and wait for the upswing.

sold off holding between 0.165-0.175 when nikkei down 7+%. will buy back when price stabilise around 0.14/0.145; still waiting for announcement of payment for disposal of land (RM38m). likely by endjune.

disposal of land approval delay until 26/6/13. will decide then to buy but think won't drop much cause company waiting for share buy back approval on 26/6/13 agm. date coincide so something is on.

sorry, due to I don't have any info/tips for this share therefore I just reporting the price. But director have been aquired a lot of share and additional the company also sell the land in Singapore.
