I bought 19 cents sold 47.5 cents. then bought back 28.5 cents before it down to 23 cents.now is 30.5 .rational to sell ? I don't think it can go above 40 cents BECAUSE some hidden holding plus 86 %+ , look at today sentiment. I guess already exceed or very close to 90 % .

Spot on! Since BCorp & Associates already controls 86.8% of BLand. BCorp & Associates needs to acquire at least 95% of 13.2% = 12.54% minority shares to delist BLand. That means BCorp needs 99.34% and not the normal 90% to delist BLand.

VT is now 70+ , its a right move to get in professional FM (who did a good job so far by putting his own money to be the ~5% shareholder) to help him to institutionize and unlock the hidden value of his companies to have sustaintable "future earnings" for VT next generations as well as all stake/shareholders. It's a win-win-win for all.

Only not so smart people will not support this CEO. I will give him 24 months... : )
I expect him to kick out ~5% of lowest performers in his companies yearly base
on the KPI he set.
