Sometimes i ponder, Petronm RM2B revenue per quarter for its refinery and retailers business. Hengyuan RM3B for its refinery business only. Petronm command pe7 and Hengyuan only 3.1. If Hengyuan venture into retailers or buy over Shell station. will it able to command pe5 atleast? ..
