quarter’s losses were however cushioned by inventory hedging gains of USD2.16/bbl. Gains on settlement of hedges of RM80.2 million were accounted for within Gross Profit ( please refer to annual report 2018 pg 36.)

This year's brent crude oil price fluctuated alot. Hengyuan's bosses are chinese and usually all the china man are very good in hedging, so hopefully can make alot from this.

And after lockdown....many unemployed ..
Many government realised that ..so they practise

China and USA desperate to start economy as both practise ..relax MCO...public has learned social distancing and new normal.
Life go on ..business slowly reopen.
Oil usage will start slowly ..oil demand will slowly increase...starting with China ..billions people going back to work ..slowly ...need to travel ..vehicle on road..factory ..later ship.
Last only plane..within 2 months all unused oil surplus gone ...and the same time oil cut ..
Where the oil price will go..Russia and OPEC +
Need price higher ..and higher ..for price to go up to 40...just need a few days as we see before
Recovery is very quickly...only now we practise new normal...

The USA crude oil inventory for the last one week is DECREASING by 745,000 barrels. This is the first weekly decrease since January this year. Hope the worst is over !!!!
