See the latest announcement, The damages sustained from the fire incident are restricted to one crude tank area. Other sections of the refinery and office building were not affected. Preliminary indications of the fire were due to lightning strike.
All highly cost of crude oil burn get claim insurance and buy back with the cheaper price??? ..
