In Malaysia, big project must share share with bumiputra la.
One HSR project can divided into few portion or few phase, awarded some to YTL, some to Ekovest/IWCIty, some to MRCB, some to Sunway, some to Berjaya, some to MMC, Some to IJM.

And then all this main con will further distribute some job to those small player like GAQRS, Zelan, Fajarbaru, TRC, AhmadZaki, Gadang, Muhibah, Mitrajaya, Econpile, Kimlum.....etc

Gamuda is not in the list, as this company has enough project to survive for next few years.

Not many local listed companies on Bursa have the financial cloub, capacities, expertise and building the HSR link between. Johor and Singapore. HRH the Johor Ruler holds the key

Without prejudice. The initial HSR link project in 2018 was awarded to YTL - JV Tabung Haji as the delivery partner. SIPP is also partnering YTLP in Johor. The Tabung Haji fund board is under PMO {Prime Minister office} MyHSR Corp is a special purpose Co. incorporated by Malaysia to oversee the construction of the HSR link.
