YTL ( though in collaboration is YTLPower) - Today's share price YTL = RM1.69 = (USD 0.36) MKT CAP RM16.885B, PE11.25

omg..... $0.36(YTL) is only 0.078% of $465(Nvidia)

Dont understand why certain people keep talking bad and pouring cold water over the teal facts and figures that point to the fact that these ytlp and ytl will be the star for 2024/2025. I notice he/she/they have been sour grape since ytl at 1.10until now still post the same sour grape statements. What a pity, instead of wasting time condemning, so yiur own research and buy 1 lot, from 1.10to 1.69 friday, that will be an excellent return.

And i would think ytl will jump 10 sen come monday. We are all here to make a little pocket money with our hard earned money for a good stock. We not here to fight or be little anyone. I have been reading in this forum for a few months now since i got my hand in the stock in July. I m happy and i hope the rest are.

Agil. Certainly see your point and cannot fathom why certain people continue to post bad or negative thoughts on YTL. If you owned any shares in YTL group. Certainly you wouldn't be bad mouth or belittle other people on this forum. We are here to make some extra side income based on what we buy or invested rather than let our savings sitting in the FD. just based on the news of opening Data Center and the data centre is merely to store and process data…!!
just because there is the word AI.. retailers just blindly goreng it…
We don’t even know how are they going to monitise it ?

Clueless retailers will provide avenues for fund managers to make money…. It will be Humpty Dumpty soon…

YTLP-Nvidia deal at present, but believe that such developments can be
rather capex-intensive. For its current 48MW DC (estimated capex:
MYR1.5bn), the contract tenure is more than 10 years and we estimate it
to potentially generate PBT of MYR100m pa. As such, if we were to
extrapolate such numbers to its full capacity, a total 500MW data centre
could deliver MYR1bn in PBT (c.30% of our FY24F PBT). This is excluding
any potential earnings from AI-specific applications and services.

seriously, i think, just i think, it will drop back to 1.6-1.5 soon, and stay there long time before any other good news out...its is bacuase the price has gone up very much already....BIg fund should be dumping now these few days....

very similar to GENTING....up from 4.0xx to 4.7, on turism excitment, then drop back to 4.5++ for long before next excitement...

see how it goes...if I am smart, we sell on high...the share price already sky high, higher than all time high....the profit really that high??? Data center not up yet....big CAPEX expected to dilute the profit soon.....earning not so soon....from data center
