Dividend last year actually 2 times.First announced after 3q results 18%.Second announced after final q results 26%.
It is possible come this September they will announce final q results and another dividend

For those who is looking to buy, dont waste your time for now. Come back when the CW-D nearly expires. The price will stay range bound RM12-13 until CW-D expires. As long as there is CW, it will be depressed as some invisible hands are stopping it from going up.

klsenovice, dextro is right. if you wanna make fast money, wait the CD to depress until less than 5 cents/premium less than 10% then you can gamble a bit on the CD. but i do not recommend this high risk high return type of punting. If you wan the mother share, dont waste your time for now. Everyone abandoned this counter due to its CD.

Based on the volume today, i think more selling will continue. I am looking at around RM5.28 lowest. Below RM5.50 i will add. im only giving it a PE of 10x (by right should be lesser because of the call warrant). I am also not factoring in the stale bull which will sell whenever given the opportunity. Funds are not interested anymore at this price, they are not stupid. They are playing wait-and-see as they know retailers will surely sell. Unless the next quarter results exceeds RM70m, i see no reason why this counter is worth the time.

@CKNGCKI3, if you study how call warrant works, you will know how it affects the mother share. The issuer is basically gambling with anyone who buys the CD. If the issuer wants to win, what do they do in order to win? Can you win Genting casino? Why do casinos always has a higher chance to win? Same logic and you will be able to understand where im coming from.

As long as the price is below 6.5, the warrant has no value at expiry, so why the issuer want to push the price down further ?

Lol... lemme ask you, between 6.50 and 5.50, what are the chances that the CD will be in the money if the next quarter results is very good or surprise upside? Of coz 6.50 right? Do you know how good or bad is the next quarter results? Won't you want to be on the safe side? Why stop at 6.50 when you can go to 5.50? What if you stop at 6.50 and next quarter is superbly good it goes up to 7.50? If 5.50 you have bigger buffer not? This stock is still illiquid hence you don't need a lot money to move it

Before it split it was $12.50. So half will be $6.25. Usually people will sell to lock in profits. Merdeka rally seems to have lost steam as the Fed meeting is also this week. If you notice .. Before Fed meeting always sell down. So wait till announcement. No increase .. It will go up. Probably can drop till $6 as lowest yesterday was $6.13. Next dividend in January.
