Agreed, KSL due to rebound, upcoming dividend 5sen and its future formal dividend policy to payout 40% net profit should give rise it as one of the top dividend yields stocks. It is estimate full year dividend up to 13sen, yield more than 7% now

Macquarie: Since this year, the share price of KSL Holdings has been volatile, hitting its lowest price at RM1.659 before gaining as much as 41.7% to a high of RM2.35 in February. Yesterday, the share price closed 1.1% higher at RM1.82, recovering from the 6.7% drop since last Wednesday. Investors who are keen to gain a leveraged exposure on KSL Holdings for a fraction of its share price can consider KSL-CE, which expires in December 2015, the longest tenure among all other existing KSL warrants.

KSL’s core businesses are in the property development, property management and property investment business. It is one of the major property players in the state of Johor and has been established for over 30 years
