I have only 2 trading methods for MASTEEL. IF the price goes up to 1.60 or Higher, I will add 50% more shares; OR IF the price goes down to 1.45 or Lower, I will add 100% more shares. My TP1 = 1.72, TP2 = 2.40.
Why government take action against Stanlxx Thxx but not against Kxxx Yxx Yxx? He also support DAP mah.. Somemore he always influence the share market..
A company's profit depends on several factors such as costs for production, selling price, revenue, competitors etc. Masteel's current good profit indicates that the company has overcome all its obstacles or challenges. But investors must look at the future profit growth prospect.
Yes, the current price of Masteeel's products which are mild and high tensile steel rods for concrete construction is going up but the cost of its raw materials, steel scrapes is also going higher. Moreover, the cost of coke is also going higher. As a result, profit margin will be squeezed.
You cannot dismiss the fact that Masteel's products depend largely on the property market. If properties cannot sell, Masteel profit will be reduced. You must ask if next year property sales will improve or not? What about the year after next?
I see many readers are angry with me because they do not like to hear what I said. Only time will tell who is right or wrong. I hope I am wrong so that all the angry readers can make more money. I have nothing to lose because I did not buy any Masteel share.
I regret that I bothered to make comments here, although I have good intention. I have no Masteel shares, I have no business to comment here! This is my last comment. Sorry for the mistake of making unpleasant comments and sorry if I am eventually wrong!
I know Mr Ooi Teik Bee very well and he is very good in his investing system basing of FA and TA. But he does not look at the company's business and its market outlook. Yes, Masteel's current FA and TA are very good but what about next year and year after next?
You must be wondering why I am writing at this unearthly hour? I normally sleep for about 4 hours and I take a break for about 1 hour to exercise my brain, then I go back to sleep for about 3 or 4 hours.
Actually I still unbelieved you're KYY , a Master would't like this. But I need want share some my thinking to everyone , if we can earning money now ,why we need wait another 2 or 3 yrs ? Market is a very fast moving ,you only can estimate a company future but you cant guarantee company future . You can said Masteel may no good performance in next year I also can say Vietnam maybe no good in next 3 yrs. But what I can confirmed is , I making money in Masteel now , and I also can see or estimate , I may continue earning money in Masteel till to I sold .This is only sharing , not offering and not is buy called. Pls make judgement before buy/sell.
We no need argue here , let us wait the market and share price do the talking . If drop and you cant hold then sell , if up and you think earning enough then sell . Very simple game rule.
Yup, agreed with onlyinvestment, if we can make money now, why need to wait 2-3 year. Somemore the longer period it involve, the highest chance changes will happen.
For example, 3 years ago, no one will expect oil price will drop to USD30 per barrel. 3 years ago, no one expecting Bitcoin will go up to USD8000.
Ok everyone, we stop arguing now. If not trust the stock, just sell. If you have confident, then just hold until your target price achieved. Wish all make good money from stock market, including Mr. Koon as well.
I had bought Masteel at very low price and kept it for > a year. I still hold Masteel now. No intention to sell until my target price is reached. Please read Mr Koon's comments and do your homework. Nothing wrong to have different opinion.
....if you have invested in Masteel....and now you feel doubtful about its prospect moving forward...just because someone cast aspersion on its mid to long term prospect.. and you are in panic mode and decide to dump it...then that someone has succeeded in his quest to suppress the price of Masteel so that he or she can swoop it in the cheap...just remember...this is an investment grade stock...when one where to take into account its fundamentals, management ability and prospect going forward..i.e.possibility of dividend payout, bonus etc...

Dear reader here, Is there anything wrong with my message ?
Mr OTB ..this is my homework i did i think is much more better than his statement " Masteel’s current good result is due to the late payment by developers and contractors. They could not pay within the 30 days credit limit. "
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
