True. Fund manager cannot hold Share even a "small step" into PN17( investment criteria--Risk
management ) Both foreign and local fund managers follow same criteria unless you are a Hedge
fund manager Or junk bond dealers

Most of all investors who hold for more than 5 years should have made money already. Only those just bought after recent dividend payout will loss a lot.
Limit down is 30c max, so lowest price for today will be 0.555.
Tomorrow if limit down again, 0.255. 0.255 i want to buy
