totally agree, NTA, just reference. Will you buy a company just based on nta? Buy property counter then, surely its your choice. Growth, dividend, and many more other thing have to take into consideration. Zhulian falling down, because of future profit uncertainty which nobody knows it will going that way, can you predict thailand will have so much trouble early in the last year?

9 out of 10 forumers here shouted for a sell since 23 Jan but some ignored these sound advices & go catch a knife with their bare hands. When the earnings not sustainable & future prospect is gloomy, better not apply the so-called "Buy when others fear" & "Buy on oversold" principle. If you simply apply, getting burnt is not something unexpected.

agreed with zero. the disclosure level at zhulian's annual report is misleading. the accountant, internal auditor, external auditor and company secretary all are not professional. there is a collusion among them so that the annual report looks good. as a matter of fact, they didn't disclose the facts. something wrong with the disclosure in annual report. strong sell recommendation for zhulian. beware and be carefull.

xenolover what happened?
i try gather all info which everybody discuss.. from forum, from blogs, from news paper.
And this is just my hypothesis....it could be wrong

Since Zhulian-ca will mature this coming Monday, and its conversion price is RM3.00 in 2:1 ratio, and price before the attack is RM 4.70.

Since zhulian always trade in "small" volume, so few million share shorting will successfully create a panic reaction... cheap cost compare to pay out for RM4.70.

Monday will further suppress the mother share price, lower the better if possible lower than RM3.00.

Tuesday, which T +3 , whosever shorting the share in 23/1/2014 will need buy back...
So, the Tuesday, price will rebound a bit...

first shot is RM4.05, where got RM4.70? and T3 is tomorrow, anyway, I think it should rebound soon, if Zhulian-ca is one of the reason of its plunge, tomorrow is the last date of valuation..

Time to buy ZHULIAN @ 3.15 +-, hold for short term, chances to make rebound from this base within 1 - 3 months is very high, lucky enough we will see 3.80, if not 3.60 is not impossible.

Q3 was the highest ever earning quarter ever since it's launch 7 years ago. So when Q4 dropped comparing to Q3 it looked like a huge loss (comparison purposes) but overall net profits still can get about 20%. That is a very high margin for any business concern. Many businesses just make less than 5% profit out of billions of dollars sales turnover which is even higher risk.Where got business every day every quarter every year keep on going up. Being able to maintain a constant volume is very hard not to mention making it go highr and higher.This co is debt free for so many years with lots of cash reserves so i feel that it is better than many others who have huge loans masked behind just to cover and make the accounts look nice.
