Q3 althug hthey make money but net profit from corresponding quarter only 38% from correspnoding quarter. plus we're in a downmarket. any fundamental trader would have just sold on the bad querter report and wait for a bottom.

That's the only thing its advantage - landbank. Management start to diversify its business outside country, i like them because they focus in property sector, i don't like them the management really do nothing to protect the company like buy back

the problem is KWSP is dumping now. and after that likely KWAP. KWAP tend to copycat.
So that means that KWSP is taking some percausion for the Q4 result

Many counters which EPF involve EPF sell low and buy high(eg FGV). Nusajaya where bulk of their properties lies not affected by flood. In fact weaker RM should benefit Singaporean who want to buy Johore property. Coming GST will cause pent up demand for properties otherwise people need to pay higher price post GST.

who still believe on those SKL TP? One simple queestion, can you recall 20 years ago the old house you bought, what is the price now? As long as prime area, I not afraid of property sector at all. But i do agree on rlch, i afraid UEMS become next FGV, ATM tool for EPF to withdraw money only. Good luck to all
