China developers buy big land again in iskandar. Uems got lots of land to sell.
Wait for news of big land sold by uems then u will see how uems rocket. The target price of rm2.60 alredi factors in big discount to its existing land bank.

the group still have unrecognised revenue of RM2.8 billion as at 30 Sept 2015 as atated in Querterly report. It unlikely go bankrupt.

top 30 shareholder listing, UEM group 66%, EPF about 4-5%, the rest mostly is foreign fund, about 15% is open selling. Just check the foreign fund, mostly from kuwait or middle eat country. This company debt structure consider healthy, fundamental consider ok ok, but just not understand why management let it free fall, not even want to buy bay the portion. it give me the feeling like MAS, khazanah at the back , any shit happen still got ppl wipe the ass. Privatize lagi best, no need to share with you all..i hope i not right

u still believe the number? what important is the cash flow realize profit,those sales number can be manipulated. I found out that lately is the foreign fund throwing, we will know the shareholder adjustment from the new 2014 AR soon. I very disappointed with the management, not even buy back one lot, not even sell land to boost liquidity, this mean they also give up on their company, still UEM groups is the largest shareholder, mother company just use its few highway toll colelction already win all, they not even care this merger company at all.

everyday drop few cents, outside mostly shares were rebound about 15-25% after the oil shock crisis. And UEMS, 4 cent from year lowest. Any comment folks? how long we can trust this counter again? i really dunno should i leverage or what, cause i afraid it will continue fall...then i am the one who jump, not UEMS

Rumors on HSR getting hotter now, if UEMS got the landbank it have on the route, then happy. But YT* say they can finance the whole project, only condition is landswap to them. So thing now getting very very fishy, to all sifu, if can help check where is the actual route of the HSR is, and the landbank UEMS have, then we can guess is UEMS still in the game or not. I will do my part then

hmm, just dun so optimistic in first place. First thing first, there's only one HSR company earning money in this world, which is japan. This is a very high cost project. Second, when this project start to roll, land will be the big issue. YT* given the condition is asking free land-swap, if this not jadi, meaning YT* will very highly remove their business from Msia. You guys want to know why just see what francis yeoh speech previously until Dr.M come out and shoot him. Is like deal or break. The report didnt mention actually there's another 2 properties company having a very potential landbank on the route. So, i bought all of them, kena one also happy

nicenice.....my friend explained as:

The minister said no more cooling measure for property in 2015. The reason given is 70% of Malaysian have properties and they dont like property price going down, versus only 30% of Malaysian dont own property and wish to see property price down. So government choose to be with the 70%.


so i assume, developer companies can sell properties at market/higher price, and can gain for profit.
