1) Today sell down might be caused by CIMB negative writeup. CIMB? This is a lousy bank. Public Bank gave a RM2.60 target price. Public Bank is more accurate.

2) EPF outsource buying & selling of shares to different entities. When EPF sold down Ajiya to below RM1.30 years back My Johor Sifu's favourite. We took opportunity to load up!
So UEMS indiscriminate sell down is a great buying opportunity!

Others are Ascendas Tech Park, Motorsport City, China Dragon Mart, Forest City, Sunway 2 International lagoon Pendas and others.
I already took pictures of the New 6 Lane Highways through Ascendas Tech Park which will connect to Motorsport City and China Dragon Mart Plus Possible Bullet Train Station in Gerbang Nusajaya.

What will be the price of Uems in 5 years time?

Who else will benefit on the HSR? IJMland also have few strategic landbank at iskandar area. And YTL can consider the company who draft the whole proposal, they even say can finance themselve the whole project, but condition is land swapping. Try analyze this situation using game theory, in what situation will benefit UEMS

No longer in the Near Future. The FUTURE HOTSPOT WILL BE MEDINI ZONE & GERBANG NUSAJAYA! THE BULLET TRAIN WILL BE IN GERBANG NUSAJAYA.

i get used with the drop already, looking for lower price leverage again. If you see the transaction is very fishy, 100 unit, 200 unit selling, like pre-set automate way selling, normally can see this when anhy party trying to manipulate the price. Who so senang sell 100unit everytime, think of it

Let's put it this way.

Price is determined by the market sentiment over a short period. But Price Will Be Determined By INTRINSIC VALUE EVENTUALLY.

In other words, "Over A Short Period The Share Market is a Voting Machine. BUT OVER A LONGER PERIOD THE STOCK MARKET IS A WEIGHING MACHINE."

When PM Corp was Sold down to 7.5 cents There Were Great Fear, Panic & Uncertainty!

However, INTRINSIC VALUE IS STILL THERE. Only the fickleness of men were Shaken. The Rock Solid Cash Position of PM Corp is immovable. Eventually The Market Wakes Up To The True Value of PM Corp.

Same Goes For UEMS. EVENTUALLY ITS TRUE VALUE WILL EMERGE.

OUR STRONG CONFIDENCE RESTS ON ITS DEEP INTRINSIC VALUE.

these days i keep on study on iskandar topic. Got one one senior analyst make the summary on iskandar case: Spore ready for HSR and MRT, but Msia side was the one who haven't ready on the station location. Reason? 利益集团猪肉还没分好. In this case the main actor one is sultan, another is UMOO gang. And the only thing to 冲喜 on iskandar is the HSR, then is attract more manufacturer to built plant. Danga bay those orang atas condo, current situation market hard to digest. So hope UEMS build those affordable housing, be smart dun clash with the chinese developer. As long as the highway is there, as long as the car can reach, no people care you are from danga bay or nusajaya. Game on, HSR is critical case. It announce, it fly.

People & investors of Bursa are Totally Unaware of What is Going On In Tuas & Jurong - Only 10 minutes away from UEMS Precious Prime Lands.

This News if Known Some Day Will Be 100 Times Better Than Batu Kawan Lands in Relation to Penang Island.

the keypoint is, where-ever the station built, it will benefit surrounding area. But fully realize the commercial potential may take couple of years then. I going to fly over spore this june for communic-asia and i should spend sometime to visit JB, just want to see how power is Danga Bay and nusajaya area.

there's a unoffical news saying HSR may delay again, due to feasibility study on the cross-border effect. make it short is spore govt very doubt on msia to lead the whole project, due to politic in msia, example 1MDB, USD-RM exchange deficit, msia fund raising capability due to high rising debt, and non transparency in operation. Actually since oct 2013 announcement on this news, it is still inline with project schedule, but who going to know what will happen in the next 5 years, which is the deployment time. USD-RM deficit will continue pressure on the CAPEX, haven't start already lose in starting line
