The fear of a glut is just an assumption. All these homes will not be built simultaneously. Why blame the Chinese for investing in the state? Presently, 80% of property in London belongs to foreigners.

I do not think the Chinese developers would build these homes and then leave them empty. Do you think that these Chinese developers have not done their calculations, including capital recovery and the projected returns on the investments?

Some people talk about a glut in high-rise property units in Johor Baru. The Chinese developers are not going to build 80,000 simultaneously. Only 8,000 units are being built now. Anyway, not all these house buyers are from China as there are also locals, especially from Penang and Kuala Lumpur. There are also Singaporean buyers.

All of this is a super chim water conspiracy game, the whole johor actually behind the biggest banker is sultan johor and ummo gang. Look like now japanese consortium very likely can win, but china CRCC is the lowest offering in number. Dog fight, local company only act as focal point for PR show, eat bone only.

i really want to guess who is the local company in this case. Hit then like kena toto.

And u know to built a kampung place to become a metro you need a THEME !! i really don't know what so attractive on this land, for me just spore backyard let Msian staying there and next day morning 0430am wake up and queue at woodland !

If iskandar want to thrive and powerful, government policy must amend to attract foreign buyer to stay or invest here. So if government tekan again, like RPTG and million quota, just see how long it can tahan, seriously.

And how many year to expect iskandar to fly? For me at most, grade B. First challenge, surpass penang first. (I always say penang got hidden meaning, jsut go and see who is the state government and why it is so different with other state?)

Fyi, go and check singapore last quarter export shrink how many percent?

I also holding UEMS share, but sometime we need to realistic, politic always the highest level at every game. Better sort out who will involve in HSR bidding.

The latest news is if YTL losing this bid, they will start move their business away from msia, jsut like robert kouk doing, dissapointed with govt

This morning US FED hints june will finish the 6 years run zero interest, i guess now all foreign fund will ready throwing stock at any emerging country, this for sure.

June, HSR bidding, so ngam timing.

Then if it is rolling, why not seeing people accumulate on this counter?

Short term prospect, nah.

Long term, i will use my earning money from cisco system and activision blizzard to leverage again on this ah pek counter.

2008 Year High RM1.74 Year Low 40 cents.

2009 Year High 88 cents Year Low 41 cents.

At the Rock Bottom Price of 40 cents there was total silence. I think BJ Corp mirrors Perak Corp historic share price. But at least there is a forum talking about BJ Corp. In those days I was the only solitary voice for Perak Corp when 99.9% of the market were pay not a single iota of interest in Perak Corp. At 40 cents Perak Corp was at Its Greatest Value when nobody wanted.

I have a very simple formula for UEMS

UEMS Book Value for Its Lands in Iskandar is RM5.30 psf.

In Ledang Heights. Bungalow plots to sold for RM20 psf in early years. Prices have gone up to RM200 psf. Up 10 times.

So Mulitiply RM5.30 by 10 = RM53 psf. From there you can revalue the NTA Upward from.

Say NTA is Now RM1.40

10 Times Mean RM14.00. Now Take 50% Discount for Raw Lands

Intrinsic Value should be around RM7.00.

Note: UEMS Lands in SILC, Gerbang Nusajaya & Puteri Harbour Are Worth Far More.

So Intrinsic Value is not static. It can move up or even down in recession. But since Bullet Train Construction Launch is Imminent Intrinsic Value has a good chance to cross RM10.00

dear uems shareholder, i did analyse the volume these days, i can tell a lot of big fish entering the pool. the best way to tell is this counter salt fish or grouper, check the volume first. seems like someone parking at the range of 1.29-1.35. I hope i was right.

Yes, EPF is no longer substantial share holder now.

So as EPF left little to sell we expect UEMS Share price to move up slowly and gradually.

The fundamental for This Stock is now getting stronger and its prospect getting brighter and brighter each day.
