crawler, What's the logic of the recent rally then? It is the only developer that Made a QUARTERLY loss in the last quarter. I am talking about correction for Ivory only. The recent rally is not justified by any means. You are nothing more than a bloody fool who thinks that you knows nothing better than spreading rumours to push up share price. What do you mean by value investing? Show me some tangible value in the company not newspaper article that claims it is going to make bla bla. Talk is cheap. What value is there in a developer that made a quarterly loss in a booming market? What value is there to a developer that owes as much as it is worth? What value is there in a developer that made ZERO PROFIT FROM OPERATIONS last year in a booming market. Finally , what value is there in a developer that only knows how to talk big. It boasted that it will make more than 50 mil last year in the IPO roadshow. It managed only 20 mil NON CASH profit.

If Ivory cannot make money from its operations in a booming market, no one knows what will happen when then property bubble bursts.
