Monday(26/1) is ex-date for dividend. Benalec know how to reclaim land. Land price can only go up. Is Benalec future bright?

Kukuman you only know how to talk bad about Benalec. What stock you want to promote? OCK? Last quarter OCK EPS only 0.88sen vs Benalec 1.5sen despite share price 88sen vs Benalec 75sen. Dividend also Benalec better as OCK give 0 dividend. NTA wise Benalec also higher than OCK.

Ah Ha I can say TP for Benalec is above RM1.2(60% upside) this year(maybe 3-6 months) but if next month RM1(33% upside) a bit difficult(already up 40% from lowest last month) but not impossible if big CNY rally happen. FA wise Benalec should be better(this year sales already secured last year) than KNM(right issue coming, higher PE, no dividend) should low oil price persist.

JT5774 ... i assure u what i shared is always reliable source. I can't reveal much but time will prove my words. 64 days we will know whether they can get approval in Q1 2015. I dont expect people to believe in me but if u asked me, they won't get approval in this year if status quo remain the same. Someone reported me to Admin... surely is Taciturn.

FYI to all rational readers of this forum.

Have checked the DOE's EIA website. The Tg Piai's status is still listed in the "Under Review" list even though they (DOE) should have made their decision last Friday according to their KPI.

As I have mentioned earlier, I was expecting said decision, but obviously it has not happened (or the website has not been updated). Sadly, this is out of my hands.

I'm still hoping for the decision to be made, and will accordingly post here once I learn anything new.

taciturn, tshwong & samsung555, I checked with my source this morning and was told that EIA approval is well advanced and on track. He had assumed EIA to have been approved because the company is currently mobilising its resources for starting reclamation work in Tanjong Piai. He further said that the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the EIA process has been approved for some time now and should be posted on the DOE website anytime soon, if it has not been posted already. As always, I will try to share accurate information as far as possible, but the caveat is that there is no guarantee. So, please be guided accordingly.
