#TreeTopView As I mentioned about a week ago, the two immediate resistance points were 9.10/9.12, then onto 9.20/9.22.

The R1 point has fallen and now there have been regular little walls being built at R2 point 9.20 over the past two days.
If/when this is broken then I'd be looking at 9.27 and 9.32.

Overall market sentiment is as much a test as the resistance points.

Sometime during the upcoming week we should see the release of the first quarter 2022 results, so the end of week pricing should reflect either the positive or negative analysis of those results.

For now I'll keep following the current Fib path, as the price has, so far, remained within those parameters.
R1: 9.10...broken.
R2 9.20... broken but perhaps see a retest intraday Monday.
R3 9.27.
R4 9.32.
R5, cock on the block time, 9.40.

We'll need to see a positively accepted Quarterly Report for the Fib to remain intact.

Toss a coin :)

Nothing much to show. The taxman too agreesive on tnb. Expected nett profit to be above 1 bil. Surprisingly revenue is flat even with the new tariff in Feb.

Kim Sua, the taxman certainly took his pound of flesh this quarter.
"For the reporting period ended 31 March 2022, the Group recorded a 43.1% effective tax rate,
which is higher than the statutory tax rate of 24.0%. The effective tax rate is higher in the current
period due to the one-off Cukai Makmur in FY2022 and expenses not allowable for tax."

Rm660 million in tax in total for the quarter, with Rm130 million of that in deferred tax payment. Removing the deferred tax alone, that would have been enough to deliver a RM1 billion net profit.

TTV, Let's see how the analyst take it. It is going to be another 3 months wait and coal price monitoring and if changes to the tariff is being call out as I don't think they can get it approved easily with election fever nearing soon.
